PROCESSING TIME:

We need time to prepare an order for shipping, in most cases we ship out orders within 2-3 business days.

SHIPPING TIMES:

Continental US: 7-14 business days including processing time for most cases.

We'll do our very best to meet these shipping estimates, but we do not guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the postal service. Once the package picked we have no control over actual shipping times. We are not liable or responsible for any delays, re-routes, or failed deliveries of your package.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. CONA is not responsible for delays due to customs.
